Remark:

• Screen analysis: 100g of steel fiber to be cut into pieces and put onto rotation sieve (14, 20, 40, 70 and 100 mesh) and rotates it for 10 minutes, then calculates weight percentage through remainder on sieve
• Solid value (ml/100g): 100g of steel fiber to be cut into pieces and put in 500ml glass, puts glass on vibrator to vibrate for 1-minute, then takes reading of fiber volume and divided by 100 to obtain data of solid value
• Oil content: 10g of steel fiber to be cut into pieces and put into triangle bottle, adds in 70 to 80ml of acetone solution and places this triangle bottle into pot with water and heats up for 5 minutes, waits for reaction
• After response, pour away acetone and repeat this cleaning process for 3 times
• After that, places triangle bottle into 150°C cheating furnace and heats for 45 minutes, then takes it out triangle bottle
• After cooling down, measures weight of steel wool, takes difference of 2 measurements and divided by 10 to obtain percentage of oil content
